When should I order for Christmas?+
Shipping takes 7 to 12 business days, insured and tracked. To have it ready for December 1st, order by mid-November. Order by the first week of December at the latest to have it before Christmas.
What's behind the doors?+
Each of the 24 numbered boxes holds a sealed bag of bricks for that day's part of the train. Open one each morning and build as you go. By Christmas Eve you have the finished steam train, with its Christmas tree flatcar and Merry Christmas coach. About 770 pieces in total. No app, no screen.
How big is the finished train?+
About 41 cm long, 12 cm tall and 7.7 cm wide (16 Γ 4.7 Γ 3 in). It is big enough to be the centrepiece of a mantel or the base of the tree. The calendar box itself is 36 Γ 25 Γ 4.7 cm.
What if something arrives damaged?+
Reply to your order confirmation email with one photo and we will send a replacement free. No return needed.
